Lifting very large propellers and/or other materials in varied landscapes calls for a great deal of judgment on the part of the field handler, the decisions made are critical to the lift and should be based on a solid grounding of knowledge which is imparted to impress on the individual the 
important responsibility he carries for the completion of his work.
