Once you complete the application and payment process your ID and Password will be sent to you via email along with the access information to begin the course.

If you have pre-arranged with us to pay via cheque for your employees, then you will be able to bypass the payment page. If you are part of a company that has been given a discount for volume , you will need to have this code to be eligible for the reduced rate.

You will be given 15 days to complete the course and exam from the day you register. The entire course should take not more than 3-5 hours to complete.

After 15 days, your ID and Password will no longer be valid. If you wish to repeat or have not finished the course at the end of this time, please send an email to Joe Harnest, (info@cranetraining.ca) explaining why you need your password extended.

If there are extenuating circumstances why you will need to take longer than 15 days to complete the course, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Once you have completed the course you will receive your results immediately. If you have passed the course you will be sent to another page where you can print off your diploma. Good luck!

TERMS
There is no substitute for experience, having completed this course the operator will have received the necessary instruction and have been made aware of the rules that are applicable to safe operation. The workers that are new, will require additional properly supervised practice under all working conditions that may arise in order to properly imbed the proper reaction in the event of a problem. We recommend that all workers who are not regularly using the equipment be scheduled for practice time on a regular basis.
