\"\"At Crane Training Canada Inc, we realize that our customer\u2019s profitability is driven by the ability to reduce the costs of time and while it may appear that safety training is not profit driven, the prevention of accidents through intelligent instruction and diligence on the part of equipment operators reduces the overall production costs. Not to mention that proper operation of lift equipment and preventative maintenance through proper operator inspection can reduce the costs of emergency repairs which would result in lost productivity during peak hours. It is true that when a factory is running without lost time due to equipment malfunction or worker injury, generally, it is not acknowledged that the training has paid off, but it has. It is difficult to evaluate the overall value of successful safety training in dollars and cents.<\/p>\n
